Goals

The International Workshop on Accounting and Taxation (IWAT2023) has as main objectives:

• To raise awareness of recent developments in Accounting and Taxation, as well as in other related areas, such as social and environmental responsibility and the digitalization of processes and business in organizations and accounting;
• To provide the training of students of Accounting and Taxation courses in innovative topics presented under multiple approaches;
• Create a high-level scientific discussion forum for research and sharing of experiences and knowledge in Accounting and Taxation and related areas;
• To disseminate good practices in the accounting and taxation sector in order to contribute to the qualification of the national offer;
• Promote the development of research in Accounting and Taxation and related areas.

Additionally, the dissemination of knowledge of the Workshop will also be guaranteed by the European Journal of Applied Business and Management (EJABM).
