Short-Biography:

Ana Silva is Assistant Professor of accounting at Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, Valença, Portugal. She received her PhD in Business Sciences from Manchester Business School in 2005. She has been active as a chartered accountant and her current main research area is financial accounting.

Short-Biography:

Beatriz Aibar-Guzmán is Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Her research lines are related to corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate transparency, and management accounting. She has published articles in journals with a high JCR impact factor and has presented more than 90 papers at conferences and other academic forums, in addition to publishing book chapters and participating in several research projects.
